The 7 Organic Leadership Tracks: Passion to Mastery: Organic leadership

Track 1 – From Passion

Begin with what is calling you forth
that excites you to the point you lose track of time. Listen to that inner
voice competing for your
attention. In any given moment there are times your thoughts are drawn
to new aspirations
and accomplishments. It is not unusual to brush these signals aside
as foolish
or to ignore them; and even to rationalize them to the “why
it can’t
be done category”. Undeveloped passion is hindered by fears
of change, living within someone else’s vision, wanting approval,
and resistance caused by false reasoning.
In Track 1- From Passion you can expect to:
1. Make a shift from “what is” to “what is possible”.
2. Align yourself with what is “at stake” in living your
life passionately and not
passively.
3. Review your core values to understand at a deeper level what
drives you.
4. Identify a game worth playing where you show up enthusiastically
willing to play full out.

Track
2 – Vision
Playing a bigger game
means calling forth the potential that is already there to be expressed.
No growth is
without risk. A vision is an ideal moving
toward higher standards and performance. This program is to move you
toward being extraordinary
.
Modern science and great minds agree that everything physical and
tangible manifest from both the nonphysical and intangible. Everything,
including
money, is energy. Your thoughts are energy.

In Track 2 Vision you can expect to:
1. Mine from your core values a vision statement that lights
your fire.
2. Give your vision a name that inspires and motivates you.
3. Visualize an extraordinary result you want to accomplish.
4. Visualize something that seems unlikely to happen yet not
impossible.
5. Learn to access more of your right brain.

Track
3 – Beliefs
Your beliefs dictate your outcomes. When you say one thing,
but believe the opposite it is like driving an automobile
looking forward while
driving in reverse. Unless you put the car into forward
drive, you will continue
going backwards.
Most people don’t understand why
they are not winning in playing a bigger game. One of
the major
reasons
is their
stealthy beliefs
in not
having what it takes to be a winner. You can say all the
positive affirmations you want, but if you are not aware
of the negative
beliefs buried underneath,
you reduce your winning ratio significantly. Increase
your winning ratio by disempowering your inner critics,
aka gremlins,
and empowering
your
strengths.

In Track 3
Beliefs you can expect to:
1. View your limiting beliefs with a spotlight. Get
them out in the open to become aware the damage
they are causing you.
2. Put a lid on your inner critics and develop new
empowering beliefs from your true self. This process
is ongoing
like learning anything
new takes
time and practice.
3. You will get Theresa-Maria’s support and coaching
to become masterful in beliefs that build your confidence
to get
what you want.
4. Coach Theresa-Maria will direct you to resources
to aid in teaching you how to put gremlins at bay.

Track
4 – Planning
In building a home it requires an architect to draw
up blueprints of both the outer and inner parameters.
You
are the architect
in designing the
blueprints
to where you are going and how you are going to get
there. At this stage you have clarity and a vision
to where you
are heading
and why.
You have
put your stake into the ground and ready to build
your vision.
In Track 4 Planning you can expect to:
1. Design your vision blueprint. At this point “do not worry
about the how.”
2. Your vision is playing a bigger game and
can be overwhelming. Again “do
not worry about the how.” The “how” can
stop you in your tracks before you even begin.
Learn to build from
your reservoir
of strengths
and values.
3. Develop strategies into small manageable steps
empowering you.
4. Assign measurable goals that can be used to determine
your return on investment (ROI).
5. Look at probabilities and challenges to overcome
during the process.
6. Review your plan, your commitment, and what’s
at stake.

Track 5 - Action Steps
Often while in the space of transformation
there is a gap from where you are to where
you want to be. While
in the
gap it is
natural to
come
up against doubt, frustration and resistance.
You are stretching your knowingness to new
levels and going
beyond
your comfort
zone into unfamiliar
territory.
Theresa-Maria will teach you skills to
begin to master traversing the
gap.
In Track 5 Action Steps you can expect
to:
1. Learn skills to move successfully through
the gap of resistance, frustration and
overwhelm.
Successful people
are not without
problems. Problems are
a part of life. What successful people have
learned is how to solve problems between
what they have
and
what they want
in
life.
2. Be held accountable for agreed upon
fieldwork.
3. Learn the secrets of the wealthiest
achievers such as John D. Rockefeller

4. Get more done in less time.
5. Inspire and influence others to join
your vision game.
Track 5, is where some of the
biggest growth
in leadership
occurs for Theresa-Maria’s

6 - Checks & Balances
How will you know where you are in relationship
to your destination? Whether traveling
by car or plane,
there are
markers along
the way to let the
driver/pilot know where they are in relation
to their destination, as well as tell them if they
are off
track.Your markers
should be measurable
the SMART way:
S= specific: detailed, concise
M= measurable: quantifiable
A= achievable: feasible
R= relevant: high value, profitable, desirable,
practical
T= time based: timely, finite
In Track 6 Checks & Balances you can expect to:
1. Analyze feedback from successes and
failure.
2. Analyze your return on investment
(ROI).
3. Adjust blueprint based on feedback.
4. Put necessary structures place to
facilitate your winning.
5. Look at the effectiveness of your
leadership.
6. Determine where to focus strengths.
7. Delegate those steps of your blueprint
better accomplished by others.

7 – To Mastery
Let’s look at the strengths and values you
acquired. You have gone deeper down the rabbit hole of self-awareness. Growing
in self-awareness
is crossing the bridge to excellence and being the best regardless what
it is you do.
On the side of the bridge of excellence there are masters
in all walks of life. They have learned how to think logically, conceptually
and spiritually.
They didn’t become masters alone. Lone ranger mentality is a lonely
and unproductive path.
