About Your Coach
Theresa Maria Napa, CPCC
Theresa-Maria (“TM”) Napa – owner of Right Track Coaching - is dedicated to helping professionals and executives increase their winning percentage while taking fewer steps and producing better results.
Her varied career has included positions as executive assistant, vice
president of operations, director of marketing & administration, and business
owner. In these positions, TM gained substantial experience in leadership,
marketing, client development, and executive coaching to high achievers.
In 2000 she pursued her passion and was certified as a personal and professional
coach from the International Coaching Federation accredited Coaches Training
Institute. Following certification she enrolled in the year-long rigorous
Co-Active Leadership Program. She strives to improve her services and
products to provide her clients with continuing excellence.
In TM’s local Toastmasters’ chapter, she has held several officer
positions: President, Vice-President of Membership, and Vice-President of
Education. She earned Competent Leader Certification and Advanced Speaker
Bronze Certification.
While a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO)
she served on several committees: Gala, Membership, Diversity and coached
a special interest group (SIG) of successful business women.
TM is an example of coming out of one’s comfort zone and stretching.
She accepted a nomination from the Women in Film Chicago to be Outreach
Committee Chair for the Board of Directors.
Her drive is her belief that self-awareness is a journey to one’s
purpose and fulfillment. Self-awareness is a road worth traveling. It
takes you beyond that what seemed impossible to what seems inevitable.
TM takes her coaching to higher levels of impact with her talents, understanding,
compassion, and deliberate intention that each of her clients is distinctive
in who they are and what they want to achieve.

I am the coach to call when you are ready to play the bigger leadership game you were meant to play and win. I am skilled at helping my clients develop their unique leadership style. As they do, they see a difference in their effectiveness to influence others to take action and make a difference.

How I work with clients*:
Before working with you, there is an interview process. This is the opportunity to see if I am your right coach, as well to see if I can best serve you. The coaching relationship is a very personal and confidential relationship.
The interview process is also important to determine which coaching program offers the best solutions to reach your desired outcomes.
There are times when someone will come to me uncertain in what “it” is calling him or her forth, but they know it is time to find out. When they do discover what their “it” is, they are more fulfilled and enthusiastic in their leadership role. Read about "What is Coaching" here!
Before coaching begins, you will receive a coaching package with questionnaires forms and other material pertinent to our coaching relationship. The first coaching session is one of the longest and takes 90-120 minutes on the phone. During this session you and I begin building the coaching relationship, which consists of, but not inclusive:
- Going over the material from the Right Track Coaching package
- Getting more specific on your goals
- What are your challenges?
- Confirming logistics
- Explanation of various coaching skills to get the most value from your sessions
- Discovery of what motivates and inspires you to take action
- Fieldwork you can expect when appropriate
- Your values, mission and purpose that inspire you
- Develop a plan of action – scorecard
- Accountability you are requesting
