Special Career Transition Teleconference

Success YES!

You pay a heavy price when you neglect possibilities to have the career you would rather have and settle for a job where you put in hours with the only purpose is to pay the bills. I use the distinction of job as something that you do day in and day out to get by and a “career” as something you enjoy doing.

Jobs out of necessity come in handy temporarily; but when the job is long term, it takes its toll on your body, mind and spirit. It is stressful to start your day going to where you don’t want to be, spending hours a day at something doing what you resent and then leave work not looking forward to the next day. It causes ill health. It affects your relationships. It zaps energy out of you and leaves little room for joy. Even if you don’t complain, people can feel it. You feel it from others without them saying a word when they are sad, angry or depressed.

There are people who do wear excellent masks, telling you everything is fine and feeling miserable inside. Hopefully you are not one of them.

However, there is good news about silent misery when you are doing what you don’t want. Being miserable is telling you something is wrong and time for a change. Hating your job is good! It is telling you that you are not being truthful to yourself. Complaining is good, except to those who have to listen to it! It is a sign to stop complaining and look for a solution, which is already within you.

You don’t have to stay at a job you want to leave. You can use the job to find your new career. If you don’t have employment, you can take this as an opportunity to find a career of choice. You are at choice and “Anything Is Possible”!

  • What is it worth to you to say "yes" to a career that gives you fulfillment?

  • What is it worth to you to say "yes" to your dream of having a career that you are excited about and making a difference.

  • How would you feel getting up each morning eager to get to work?

  • How would you feel making the monies you want doing what you love?

  • What would it be like to have better relationships with those you care about and colleagues at work?

To help you decide in having the career you want as well as SOAR thru the process of getting there, I am scheduling a Special Career Transition Teleconference. This is free of charge except for any long distance charges you may incur. A handout will be sent up registration.

Date: Saturday, September 19, 2009
10:00-10:45am Central
11:00-11:45am Eastern

Please check with this time converter site to determine time from your location.

Upon registration you will receive the telephone number and pin code. You will receive an email asking you to confirm your request to attend the teleconference. Be sure to confirm your registration otherwise you will not receive the information or handout.

If you are going through a career transition, this call will give you tools to move quicker through the process. Even if you are just thinking about a career change, you will come away with valuable information to help you gain clarity.

In today’s market you have to be quick and flexible on your feet. The market is moving from “The Information Age” to one where multiple skills and talents are required. It is important to you gain knowledge and lifelong resources as you move through careers. Nothing is stagnant, including careers.

miss, you'll land among the stars."
