Vision

To illustrate the power of having a vision based on producing extraordinary results, let’s talk organic. An organic vision is natural and whole. It originates from core values. Organic visions are not polluted with toxins from pessimism, self-serving objectives or diluted with incongruent beliefs. These toxins weaken the resolve and effectiveness in getting the job done. Imagine if you will, that you want to stretch as a leader in your field of endeavor with pessimism, self-serving objectives or negative beliefs tagging along in your vision. What are the chances of being successful?
Today we have become aware of the benefits received from organic foods and products. They are generally healthier for the population and the planet. There is the added expense to both the producers and buyers because of the extra time and care to bring them to fruition. An organic vision is worth taking the time and care to produce outstanding results.
It is your passion,
your desire that drives your vision. The degree with which you are desirous
in fulfilling
your vision gives the emotional charge
that ignites, motivates, and keeps you on track, as well as gets you back
on track when the going gets tough…and it will get tough at times.

Within each of these tracks there are structures and strategies. And most

trademark. The organic vision defines the “bigger picture” of
the journey and the tracks lead to the “bigger picture.”
- What are your core values?
- What is your organic vision?
- What is the truth in your living your truth and potential?
- What is important about leaders leading with a vision?
- Do you believe there
are leaders who do not have a vision? If so, are they a leader or a
follower?
- Review
your vision to see if it still lights your fire. If it doesn’t
move you, then get rid of it.
- If you don’t
have a vision, take time to create an organic vision, which is one
that
comes naturally from
your core.
- If you like to challenge yourself to raise the bar on who you
be and what you do, an organic vision inspires and motivates.
- Champions keep their vision front and center of their mind. Visualize
your vision daily.
