bring out the best in me
so I could make the best
decisions for myself...her
approach was to believe
in me and help me to
believe in myself."

Why Coaching?

One of the paradoxes of coaching is that the coach does not need to know as much as the client in a particular field to be an effective coach, nor does he or she need to be able to perform at the level of the person being coached. This is not surprising if we look at coaches of professional athletes or performing artists

Coaching can put you on a high-speed and highly influential track. It is innovative, highly effective, result driven and capitalizes on human potential. It challenges your perspectives to get to what you don't know you don't know. It results in insights and possibilities that didn't seem possible and getting you on the "right track."

There are various coaching modalities, depending on what you are seeking to accomplish. The power in working with Right Track Coaching comes from the coaching relationship between the coach and the client. It is an interdependent relationship. Right Track Coaching will help you:

  • Untangle the ambiguity of your vision
  • Look at the different perspectives and choose which to put on track
  • Develop skills to balance personal and professional domains
  • Get encouragement and support in achieving goals
  • Learn skills to move through resistance and fear
  • Have more enjoyment and romance
  • Unfold higher levels of leadership
  • Make lifestyle changes

Sustaining change through coaching is proving to be longer lasting than traditional learning systems. Professionals in education, business human development, communication, and even medicine are currently closely examining coaching to determine its effects in producing lasting change and how we learn.
